ELECTRONIC PERFORATOR
ELECTRONIC PERFORATOR
The electronic perforator is an independent, free-standing device for punching holes in a tape or film sleeve. Holes are punched by a pin driven by an electromagnet, which hits a die located underneath. The punched hole diameter depends on the pin and die diameters, and on the electromagnet size. The process of hole punching can berun in a continuous mode, making the perforating unit a versatile and flexible solution.
Because of its operating characteristics, the perforator can cooperate with equipment such as like heat sealing or bobbin cutting machines, or can be installed in a continuous film production line.
The perforator is controlled via a touch panel located in a control box dedicated to this device. Removed scrap material falls into a duct at the bottom part of the perforator and is sucked away by a pump into an external container.
